Toby was picked up as a stray, but no one ever came to claim him. 😢
Toby is a sweet 8 year old male Miniature Pinscher who weighs 18 pounds. He is a happy little guy and loves attention. Toby has done well with the other little dogs in his foster home.
Toby is neutered, chipped and current on vaccines. He will be available as soon as he is vet checked for some fatty lumps & bumps. Humphrey House for Homeless Animals is located in Harford County, Maryland for meetings. Thank you!
